Request account deletion.

TNtv customers can request deletion of their account and associated personal data using either contact method below.

How to request deletion

Contact TNtv Malta

Email tntvservice@gmail.com with the subject TNtv account deletion, or send a WhatsApp message to +356 9972 6550.
Include your TNtv username and the mobile number used for your subscription request, if applicable.
Do not send your TNtv password. TNtv may ask for limited information to confirm that the account belongs to you.

Data deleted

What the request covers

After ownership is confirmed, TNtv will delete the customer account and contact information held for that account, including a mobile number and an open subscription request where applicable.

TNtv aims to complete verified requests within 30 days and will confirm when the request has been handled.

Limited retention

What may be kept

A one-way device identifier record may be retained for the lifetime of the TNtv free-trial programme to prevent repeated free trials, fraud and abuse. It is not used for advertising.

Records that TNtv must retain for security, dispute resolution or legal obligations are kept only for the applicable required period.
